Capital Blue Cross Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) with “$0” deductible, “$20” copay and “$40” specialist copay, Prescription Drug and Preventive Benefits. Employer picks up 68% of medical premium share at minimum. We offer Medical premium discounts for non-tobacco users.

Dental insurance is provided by Cigna, a national dental carrier and is covered at 50% of premium.

Vision coverage is provided by Cigna and is covered at 50% of premium.
