Jim Scheyer

President, Chief Operating Officer MCS Industries

Jim Scheyer is the President and Chief Operating Officer of MCS Industries. Prior to joining MCS in 2007, Mr. Scheyer held the position of President at JBJ Partners. Additionally, Jim served in other upper management positions within the picture frame industry.

Jim Scheyer's familial ties to the picture framing industry run deep, as his great-grandfather started Decorel, a picture frame company he founded in 1903 which he ran from a New York City basement. The company grew to become one of the largest suppliers of picture frames in the world until it was purchased by Newell in 1995. Jim Scheyer proudly continues his family's tradition of success within the picture frame industry at MCS.

A graduate from Tulane University in New Orleans, Mr. Scheyer holds an MBA and BS in Engineering.
